YAMAHA PAC112VM ICB (Ice Blue) Pacifica 2022

YAMAHA PAC112VM ICB (Ice Blue) Pacifica 2022

Pacifica is the standard series of electric guitars created by YAMAHA, a top brand that Japan is proud of. In recent years, its high quality has been re-evaluated after professional guitarist Kenji Suzuki introduced it on YouTube, and a Pacifica boom is happening again.

This time we have in stock the maple fingerboard model of the "PAC112V", the "PAC112VM ICB" which is characterized by its clear and punchy sound! Ice Blue color, which was added as a new color in March 2020, weighs 3.43kg.

Accurate pitch, high playability, diverse tones, and high-quality sound. Although it features an orthodox bolt-on construction, the Pacifica series is designed to accommodate various music genres and playing styles, delivering a wide range of sounds from heavy distortion to sparkling clean tones. We have spared no effort in incorporating the ideas and technologies developed throughout its history. This is a high-quality model that conveys the charm of electric guitars and accommodates a wide range of musical genres.

<Main Features>

・Alder body with gloss urethane finish
・Bolt-on maple neck & maple fingerboard
・Alnico V pickups deliver clear, punchy sound
・S/S/H pickup configuration with 5-position selector
・Coil tap function enables a wide range of sound making
・Vintage tremolo with block saddle

■Alnico V Magnet Pickups
Both single and humbucker pickups utilize Alnico V magnets. These deliver a clear, punchy sound with a tight character that won't get lost in an ensemble.

■Coil Tap Function
The rear humbucker pickup features a coil tap function. Via a switch on the tone knob, you can instantly switch between humbucker and single coil during performance, allowing you to enjoy a wide range of sound making from hard distortion to edgy single-coil sounds. Additionally, when the pickup selector is set to 4 positions, the rear pickup automatically becomes coil-tapped, delivering transparent half-tones with 2 single coils.

■Vintage Tremolo with Block Saddle
The vintage tremolo unit, which excels in operability, adopts a block saddle. Compared to bent-type saddles, the heavier block saddle produces rich sustain and deep-sounding tones.

With orthodox all-purpose specs that handle J-POP, rock, jazz, hard rock, blues and everything in between, this is a guitar crafted with YAMAHA's careful and refined techniques.

This guitar is truly ideal as your very first guitar, accommodating all genres! It's easy to play, looks great, and has a wide tonal range, so you can feel confident. Currently, the neck is straight and the playing condition is excellent. Starting your guitar practice with this Pacifica should pose no problems whatsoever. This is the perfect guitar if you want to start learning electric guitar!
